Any event for when abilities are used?

Im trying to make a test plugin and would like to know if there is an event for when a ability is used.

If you go through the events and look you might find one, although I don't recall one.

Well..... you can take a peek at the combo api cos that kinda has something, but its not perfect cos it doesnt tell if the move is "used" it only checks if the ability was sneaked or left clicked on.
