Complete Airblast Configuration

Hello,

On my server players are allowed to bend in factions, however, as of recently air benders are able to blast open doors, press buttons and switch levers while not in the faction using Airblast.

I'd very much appreciate it if this ability could be configurable. It couldn't hurt to add it and it'd really help me out a lot.

This is supported in 1.8.0 Beta 1+
