Addon Ability API Lesson

So a while ago I made a repository on GitHub about an AbilityTutorial. I've forgotten about it until recently but I figured I'd make some revisions to it and announce it since I guess it's needed now.

Keep in mind that this will not teach you how to code in java or use Spigot API. This is simply informing you how the ProjectKorra API will work when making an add-on ability. This does not explain all the steps, but rather lays it out for you and explains what is happening and why. If anyone has questions about it, I will be more than willing to help out.

Note that this is not for download but rather for instruction. Cloning the repo and exporting it is completely up to you.
