The insane amount of mobility air has makes up for its lack of raw damage. The 'PVP' side of air is fine, it's the mobility that makes up for damage output. The fact add ons just make air overpowered is because of the damage on top of the mobility.

Air does not need anymore attack moves...

To be honest I can only see problems being made with this suggestion. Running is a part of bending.

Air scooter does last forever it only goes away if you hit a big bump or a wall or left click... Lmao. Also a cooldown on swift swim would make surge jetting consecutively really weird.

Air is overpowered because of the insane amount of damage they can dish out because of ADD ON MOVES.

Air is supposed to have over exaggerated mobility; sure the move itself may be canon but what the developer was trying to convey that as an airbender you always have the option to be passive when attacked and make quick getaways. Also, airblast is not just for running it's for dodging as well...
