How do I see what folder I put them in? And where would I find the debug.txt?

So, I downloaded like 18 of the custom abilities and dragged them all into the 'MultiAbilities' folder and wondered why they weren't showing up in the config, then I read how to do it, so I put all of them in the 'Abilities' folder, but when I do that, and do /b d (any element) and it says...
