I like this a lot. The only thing is, numerical IDs are being phased out in 1.8, so we would use string IDs instead (e.g. minecraft:stone).

As long as you're upgrading from one version of project korra to another, you don't need to import anything. Just replace the jar file and it will work.

You can't run a server with just bukkit. Bukkit is the part of craftbukkit that makes plugins work, but it doesn't have any game stuff in it. I can't link you a download here, but you can find builds of crsftbukkit around the internet, or I think spigot has legal builds available.
