I don't really think this would be necessary. I really doubt many people would use it. If you've got a pickaxe you're sorted rather than a bunch of bottled water.

This isn't really a move suggestion, it's more of a tip.

The waterbenders would manipulate the water in plants, not create create plants out of nothing. Maybe if the waterbender used waterbottles to apply water to the grass or something to help plants grow?

I like the idea of needing to use multiple water bottles for certain moves :3 makes more sense than creating a large wave from a small bottle of water. You should make that a suggestion.

Spam clicking seems unnecessary. Maybe if the Waterbender clicked once but at the right time, otherwise the water wouldn't return :P

Could you not set it up where players would like press a button or something for the element they want and it would put them in the group automatically? Maybe I misunderstand what you mean >.<

I agree there should maybe be a config option.

First everyone complained about how Chi was underpowered and needed more moves. Now they complain it's overpowerd. It's a no win situation. I say it would be better to change the config files, or get the owner to change the config files to better suit. Denied.

If they're still vulnerable from behind and the sides then that's basically a more limited version of Firewall. It seems like it would be awkward to perform. Denied.

For me, the worst part was the Acting. It was truly awful.

I dunno man. An Avatar is still just one man, this would involve immense concentration to be performed if it was in the show. They would need to maintain the OctopusForm while then creating lightning and adding that to the Water, and you'd need to maintain the lightning in the water whilst still...

There just doesn't seem much point for this when it so similar to lav flow.

Sounds basically like an upgraded lava flow. Maybe you should suggest that as an add on to lava flow rather than a whole new move.

I feel, everyone who commented disagreeing with this move gave all the reason necessary for the deny, thus no comment needed :P
