You can have the leaves outside your body like masterkael said, but that needs improvement. Maybe have a certain green leather armor piece, probably cactus green, put on the sides and back vines, put a bottom block as a leaf block, could be a certain type of leaf block, preferably jungle leaves...

Water should be weaker in places like deserts then, like how firebending is stronger in deserts and the nether? Waterbending is the opposite of firebending, so it should have reversed passives like that as well.

I am sorry, I have no idea if this is already added, but I need this to be added if it is not. Make it so that when you redirect lightning from a Avatar, it does not just fully charge up your move, but it makes it avatar level. That would be a bit more logical.

I like this, but maybe it could be a move for firebenders like avatarstate. It turns your fire into blue fire for a short amount of time, optimisable, and has a moderate cooldown. Sorry for typo on o-word.
