It's the folder that says Abilities in the ProjectKorra folder, but they don't all go their either. Could you give a list of everything you are trying to put on the server so we can tell you the appropriate folder they should go in.

In the projectkorra folder, look for the name of the folder you put the addons in. Some go in different folders. And the debug.txt is doing /b debug while in game, then click the link it gives you
