Sorry if what I said didn't make sense, it was late at night and I was tired. I mean making the cycle actively changing who the Avatar is. Like every 4 days a new Avatar is selected. idk just some ideas.

As in ways to insure the cycle isn't a cycle where one user could log off and keep the power forever, ending the cycle.

How about leather armor for all elements, just dye it the nations specific color and get their armor?

I like it, but it needs that Avatar Power boosting idea, http://projectkorra.com/threads/different-avatarstate.881/#post-9368. So then you can keep the Avatar power longer than intended. This is a nice idea, with tweaks it would make a great add on into the plugin.
