Alot of servers (or just the ones i play on) have the ability to use ice you created and then use it for a source to be disabled.

First off, this is a LILY PAD. Its got the density of maybe 10 sheets of paper. Not to mention, its not canon. Why dont you just use waterwave or fastswim since there are lily pads nearby there has to be water. Also if the move is that slow its useless. Waterspout is quite literally 4 times...

Im relatively sure its configurable, and i think it shouldnt have a long cooldown, its basically earthgrab with higher defence and a roof. =P

To me this just seems to be a way to make it easier for you to battle airbenders. There is already a way to break the spout of ALL benders. (P.S. Mobility isnt just speed, it also includes the ability to go over multiple terrains.)

Its not my problem if you take constructive criticism the wrong way ;)

By paralyzing them, you take away it's greatest strength; mobility.

So, let me get this straight. Your strategy is to cripple air so it's easier for you to win? Have you been in a fight with chi? If they paralyze you once, your pretty much done.

It also just seems like a way to make firewall OP. Firewall's main weakness is it's cooldown, and it's distance.
