actully, if you healingwaters for atleast 1-2 seconds. you will get regen for 3 seconds. and during the 3 seconds of regen you can bend too

I like the idea a bit, but can i please add a bit :P. I think the avatarstate should be automatically triggered when your health hits 2 hearts to prevent death like in the show. Remember, the avatarstate is a defence mechinism to prevent the avatar from dieing

This would make spouts more of a threat in battle. it goes really slow leaving you vunable to other moves by default, like lightning and combustion

but how would it look bad? it would be under your feat the whole time and besides (its configurable)
