    screw not being canon, it been seen that waterbenders can create mist lol and airbenders/waterbenders can manipulate through it with air/waterbubble lol if someone could actualy make a mist that doesnt actualy give the blind effect that would be amazing <3 i dont even care if it has a crap load...
