It would be cool if there was a new form of waterbending where a waterbender could take water from the rain and bend from it like what Katara did to attack Yon Rha.

I think torrent should be able to be redirect able but the owner of the server of the server can allow it or not in the config I don't know anything about development and that kind of stuff so I don't know if this would be a big a problem and that's why you did not do it in the past. this is...
