    Lightning concepts

    The move it self would be almost like fireshield / arishield but it wouldnt block any moves it would just give lightning bender the boosts which i listed earlier if the player was inside the electric field.

    Are you receiving any errors in your server log? If not can you please provide a list of the other plugins you are using as it may help us track down if there's a conflict here.
