There's a glitch in Project Korra for waterbenders and drops tps, it keeps flickering between day and night.

How do you disable certain elements for a group e.g fire would be disabled for the group air in a permission plugin such as pex, i tried doing negating the fire permission but it didn't work.

I don't think you're understanding I don't want a certain element to work in a certain group, and I want a certain group to be able to change elements.
