In PK Core 1.6.0 BETA 4 whenever I change something in the config files and then run the server the configs get reset to the defaults there a fix for this?

I am sorry I just figured I would point out a problem that the move doesn't allow another move function right on it.

The ice is unthawable with heatcontrol and phasechange and you can't bend earth outside of the ice like when stuck in the ice from surge can you fix that?

I think it has to do with how it pulls the blocks up one by one and there might be a split moment that the water or whatever takes the place of the spot before the earth can move up.
