Terms and rules

The providers ("we", "us", "our", "ProjectKorra", "PK) of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts ("Content"). Content submitted express the views of their author only.

You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws.

All Content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

We reserve the rights to remove or modify any Content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the Service at any time.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content.

You are never allowed to redistribute any of our code or plugins under any circumstance. This includes modifying the code base and redistributing it yourself as well. All downloads should be done from the ProjectKorra website. You are, however, free to send people back to our forum and website to download the latest copies of the plugin, you just cannot personally send them a build.

ProjectKorra is based on Mojang's original code, and thus, falls under Mojang's EULA for Minecraft Monetization. From there, we will not restrict you any further. We do ask that you do not use our forum or website as a means to do so. We intend for ProjectKorra and all of its subsidiaries to be and remain free forever. You cannot sell copies of our plugin to other people, but you can, however, have people pay to unlock abilities on your server, switch elements, buy additional elements, etc, all dependent on how you can fit it into Mojang's EULA.

Appropriate attribution must be given to ProjectKorra when using the plugin. Claiming ownership of the project when it is not yours (and still using the ProjectKorra name) is in breach of this EULA.

While we do not encourage it, you are allowed to receive money to develop features for someone as an add-on. Our plugin was created to be extremely Modular. You cannot modify the code and re-sell the plugin. Anything you sell as it directly relates to the plugin must be sold in the form of an add-on. We are not held responsible for any deals gone bad. For buyers, we recommend you come to the ProjectKorra forum and request an add-on here first, before you seek out a third party option.

ProjectKorra and all of its subsidiaries belong to MistPhizzle. You are not to claim ownership over the plugin, or any parts of the plugin, regardless of your contributions to the project itself. Any contributions to the project are greatly appreciated, however, to keep it simple, MistPhizzle is the sole owner of the ProjectKorra brand.

You are more than welcome to record videos, lifestream, or alter ProjectKorra to your liking, you just cannot redistribute our products. You may redirect your viewers / users to the ProjectKorra website to install the plugins and add ons. If you manage to make money off of your videos or lifestreams, more power to you.

You are free to use the ProjectKorra logo to show that you are referencing ProjectKorra, you are also free not to use it. You can create a unique logo that can be easily identified by your users separately from the ProjectKorra brand. The only big thing here is you cannot use the ProjectKorra Brand / Logo as the Logo / Brand on your own site. You can, however, use it to refer people back here. You are more than welcome to use our stuff, just don't say it is your stuff.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use this Service. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.
