Bug Report Im having problems with all the elements

so I'm running a bucket server on version 1.7.10 and I'm having problems with some moves in each element.

Water:
- Water Spout

Earth:
- All the Lava abilities

Fire:
- Lightning
- WallofFire

Air:
-airburst
-sonicblast

i don't get any errors ingame all i get it when i try and use the move they just dont work they just do nothing please help

What version of project korra are you running? What version of worldguard?

Any errors shown in your log files or console?

What is the output of /bending debug?
