In the config the moves raiseearth and earthtunnel have an option to set them as revert false even if other moves do revert. The option doesn't work for raiseearth though.

hmmm. If i may make a comment. The basic idea is great, however earth is the element of defense. As such i would make this move do less damage in exchange for cancelling other moves it runs into. Also i would do raise earth earth armor and then (while shifting) earth surf. this would give a...
