Cooldown: 15 seconds
Description: Left-click a mob/bender/light spirit to remove any debuffs from the target and prevent debuffs from being applied for 3 seconds. Left-click an undead mob/dark spirit to remove any buffs and prevent buffs from being applied for 3 seconds. Tap shift to remove debuffs from yourself.
Use: To dispel poison from allies or stop the invisibility of a dark spirit.
Additional Notes: Would turn zombie villagers in to normal villagers and zombie pigmen into pigs.

So it is all buffs and debuffs? or just poison and invisibility?

Those were just examples. Buffs as in potion effects with positive effects (invis, regen, saturation, etc.) and debuffs as in potion effects with negative effects (poison, slow, weak, etc.)
