If an dispenser has a waterbendable thing in it (snowblock, oak leaf block, waterbottle ect.) you can than use the disperser has a source for any technique. After the technique is excuted, a random Wbendable block/item in it will dissapear.
There could also be a command, where you could specify the item you wanna use up from the dispenser, by typing it out after selecting that dispenser as a source.
