Important Community Moderator Application Process / Position Information / Requirements

The Community Moderator Team is responsible for keeping our lovely forum clean.

Position Information / Requirements
  • Must be able to work in a team setting.
  • Must have a decent grasp on the English language.
  • Must have access to Skype (Microphone not required). This is where most of our communication takes place.
  • There is no age minimum / maximum to apply for the position.
  • This is a volunteer only position. Absolutely no compensation other than the occasional "thank you" should be expected.
  • Must remain active on the forum even after your application is submitted. If you aren't seen / heard from on the forum after 21 days your application will be marked as invalid.
  • Must be level headed.

Application Procedure:
To apply for a Community Moderator position, create a new thread in the "Community Moderator Applications" subforum. Copy and paste the template below and paste it into your new thread to fill it out. This is NOT the time to experiment with fonts, font sizes, or colors. Make it easy to read.

Within 24 hours, your application will be marked as Valid, Invalid, or Accepted. Each of the statuses are explained below:
  • Valid - You meet all of the requirements and your application will be considered next time we look for new Community Moderators.
  • Invalid - You fail to meet one or more of the requirements, the template was not copied over, the thread is not readable or coherent, or you stole your work from someone else.
  • Accepted - You made it onto the staff. We aren't always looking for new staff, but applications are always open.
