I suggest that the name for this move be different. Quasar doesn't really fit what the move does, given that a Quasar can be 100 times brighter than the milky way and can give off tons of electromagnetic radiation anywhere from radio to gamma. This is an artists rendering of the Quasar ULAS...

Would this be similar to a sideways tornado that deals fire damage? If so, I heard the a sideways tornado is impossible to code.

That makes the most sense to me. But here's another thing. I don't know if it would be impossible to code or not, but we could have cooperative bending! 2(or more) different players could combine abilities to make a different move altogether. What do you guys think about this?

All of the Waterbenders I know just call it WaterManip.

I don't think Airbenders have control over it at the atomic level. But, riddle me this: Waterbenders can slow down the particles and make ice. Earthbenders can speed up the particles to make lava. Firebenders such as Azula can have blue fire, meaning it's hotter, and they can cool lava. Why...

Although it would make binding faster, I don't really think it would be necessary.

This is pretty cool. I like to make Chi more powerful because not a lot of people pick it, and this move would go very well with it. Keep the awesome ideas flowing :D
