So, I was messing around with permissions..I can't get benders the ability to bend..I tried using bending.air but it doesn't work. (Note: I don't want them to use /bending choose) Any help would be appreciated.

Is there an option in config that lets me make PhaseChanged blocks permanent? Example; I use phasechange to make an entire lake ice, but it reverts, is there a way to make it not revert? Like what Alex does with his Water control custom ability.
