I have the plugin on my own world and i have all my moves and everything set up but cant figure out how to use them. What do i do?

You need to use the command "/bending help [ability name]" that will feedback a description of the ability you're wanting and then also provide instructions on how to use it. If this is still not working then there might be something wrong internally; in which case we'll need to know your ProjectKorra version, Spigot version, and any error logs which might've spawned in your servers console.
