How to use:
Left click and your target, which must be within 15 blocks range, will get slowness and wither. As of you gave them frostbite.

Good For
Medium-Range Attacks
Slowing your target down

When i add it to my server, All other bending moves are disabled / not able to be used.
Not even by ops.

Buggy, clears all bending moves, affects chat and has to be fixed.
My console logs for this shall be:

Important! To use it on 1.7.10/1.7.9 - Go to version history and download "Bug Fixes 1.7.10 2.5" (something like that anyways)
