So I'm trying to update my resource ElementalEffects but the .jar file isn't being accepted. I've selected "Release a new version", I've titled it, I've attached the .jar file but when I do that it gets crossed out and says: "Oops we ran into some problems! You must upload a file or provide an external download URL." But like... I am uploading a file... So is there something up with the website?
