Blue fire.png Blue fire.png Blue fire is a more dangerous kind of fire, Its the core of a flame is very hot. I have a idea that some firebenders could use blue fire instead of the traditional red flame.

How blue fire would work is simply swapping out the particle effects for normal minecraft firebending which are torch particles for light blue firework particles, All the moves would be the exact same BUT would be in a bluish color and would do higher amounts of damage.

The target hit with the blue flame would experience longer fire damage and larger initial damage.

If lets say fireburst were used, the particles of the move would be the bluish color but the fire it spreads would simply be red since theres no way to make the fire in vanilla minecraft turn blue, only the move particles would be blue,so blaze would be your average red fire flame. Well that's my idea.

Ok, but what determines whether fire is the normal red or the hotter blue? Would it be a toggle, right clicking, or something else?

It could be like certain players have access to a command that toggles the hotter blue fire. Also, what would the particles be for the blue fire?

Lol I didn't know that they were mobspawner particles, always thought they were torch releated. It could possibly be toggled, or the owner could make it a donator thing or hand it out to a few select players since blue fire is a rare hereditary trait.

Blue fire attacks to make it slightly more balanced could have a shorter attack range, this wouldn't be so severe that the move is useless, just slightly making the range shorter.

Reason being is bluefire, although hotter it consume Oxygen a lot quicker then your classic red/yellow/orange flame. leaving the move with less room to grow and consume more fuel to get a longer range.

You could be prompted when you choose fire if you want blue or red fire. Blue would give higher damage and red gives longer range.
