hello waterbending on my server is being weird. ice moves like phase change and icewall only create on ice cub when used? help?

On a serious note, make sure you're not using 1.9/1.10 version of minecraft in your server! Otherwise - post an error log in here.

I would check your config for messed up data values. (assuming you are the owner)
