I completely agree with TheBlueSpirit. It's just a version of lightning only with particles, OP potion effects, and "comes out of nowhere". Not to mention he "accidentally" put code in the suggestion.

Surge already pushes people back. Also it's shortcut for moving around on land instead of using surge or WaterWave.
