It's Emeralds addon ability

Could you be more descriptive? If you're thinking this is supposed to be an ability, it's not.

Well yes of course there'll be a disclaimer that the resource pack isn't an official one. But it's confusing as to why they don't encourage the creation of resource packs. If they were so worried about copy right or plagiarism then they wouldn't allow creation at all.

EffectLib was the library that Emerald planned on using for their moves. Since then, we've scratched the idea and aren't using it. We never ended up using it at all. Thank you for your feedback though! Also, thank you for reminding me that we hadn't removed it from our Trello.

If you would like to test some of the things that he has set up already you can go to his GitHub. Import it and then export to your server.

@EmeraldJelly whether or not this pack will be perfect, or whether or not you choose to spend your time expanding on concepts you think is a good idea I say you're doing good by trying to bring fresh new content to the forums in your own way. Keep up the good work.

There are issues and things to do on trello and GitHub. If you're looking for something to fix you can fix it on your fork of the project then make a pull request to the official one. That's how ANYONE who knows what they're doing can help. Not just devs

And you don't need to be a dev to help. You can always make pull requests from your own fork of the project. Like I've said, I've looked through their issues to try and help but I haven't found one that I know how to fix. I found an issue that I could fix and I fixed it. I'm waiting on it to be...

I suggested they have a resource pack section of the downloads (like they USED TO have) but obviously it's not there so who knows.

If you're using Beta 1 (which I assume you're not) it'll be under ExtraAbilities at the bottom. If you're using Beta 1.0.2 then it'll be underneath Chi; still at the bottom of the config right above ExtraAbilities.

Scratch where I said it should be put, I found in the language config where you can define the "Usage: " string, but it doesn't allow you to change it's color so.... I guess put it there. But it's pretty hidden away in the ocean of letters.
