I think tampering with it would be ok if you have permission, as long as it's only for educational purposes and you're not uploading it anywhere. It would help to get a feel of the way this works.

They're useful once they actually save correctly.

But it does make some sense, as air can't really destroy a water shield, or earth shield, much. Except it could blast right through a fire shield. So the question is if air will have lots of knockback, or if air will have almost no knockback. But in your chart air is still extremely weak.

It could definitely have a cooldown, and there could be a way to disable it as an opponent... Possibly like disabling AirStream with AirShield and FireShield?

The whole point of Torrent is not to do knockback, but to carry the victim in the torrent for a very short amount of time. Knockback is Surge's job.
