I do like this! In ALL fight we saw Kya waterbend, she NEVER used bottles: she used WaterArms, Torrent, Surge, WaterWave, WaterGimbal by never losing water, but by just adding more to that she already had. I agree with this, although I think you shouldn't be able to use Torrent after using Manips.

Grass blocks as source: You can only select the grass source if it is a block of distance to you or less (so, nine blocks, being eight around you and one you are standing on.); You select as a normal water source; Torrent would suck up water 7 blocks radius from the place where you select it...

Shift with WaterSpout >> Down. Space with WaterSpout >> Up. Click with WaterSpout >> Toggle. If you tap space, click or shift with another ability than WaterSpout, the spout wouldn't move e cept for the sides.
