This is already in the plugin. As an added bonus, you can also use AirBlast on something (player / mob) that is on Fire and it will put them out!

Denied -- We currently are not interested in developing water arms because making it look and act decent in Minecraft is darn near impossible. As of now, we aren't interested in adding it, but should our minds change, there are about 50 similar suggestions.
