And that would also be another reason to add the tree withering away! It would remove that aspect aswell! Making it so that the entire tree would wither away.

That would be not realistic in any way. It took Hama an entire tree to create a decent sized torrent, why should it take only a chunk of the tree to do the same?

I like this, but for the 5 second charge up, maybe blue firework particles would appear instead of white smoke. In the picture below, Azula is charging her deadly lightning and it appears blue.

I think the tree should regenerate rather quickly, like a minute or so. So, a forest could really only be griefed for like a minute.

Maybe this could be a combo added to WaterManip? WaterManip > Left Click > Left Click > Shift

You can watermanipulation your feet and your bottles will be filled. So you can bend the plants with watermanip, and hit your feet.

This sounds pretty similar to the move called EarthLine in the abilities section lol to check it out! :)
