    He probably can't differentiate bullying from teasing. As for the staff and player activity, that's not what makes a server good. There are plenty of bad servers that have a lot of players and there are plenty of good servers that don't have enough.

    I would suggest instead of only working if the bender is standing on sand it should only work if they select sand as a source. That is, if you're using sourcing.

    Executing this idea and making it look nice at the same time would be pretty difficult from my standpoint. For one thing, you can't manipulate the rain/snow animations. Since we can't do this, it's hard to make it look nice. We'd resort to using particles which, don't exactly look bad but...
