When was the last time you were water on my server? the ice was taken off like months ago. And this move does the exact same thing, does damage to someone while shifting, but this is an AOE, Aswell as the duration being quite simular.

This one is just a bigger and faster one, that effects more then one person so i don't see how its more op. get your facts right please.

I think octopus form needs more uses, It's quite unusable during combat, With all of the ranged attacks coming out these days. And the fact that you can air / water spout over the octopusform and then just kill the player while they are using it.

I agree with Shunky, It's not the plugin's fault that your server's owner doesn't have enough ram to make the server lag free for you. And I would recommend asking the server owner to turn the range for phasechange down to decrease the lag instead of disabling it completely.
