What error are you getting? The standard ProjectKorra 1.8.1 Core should work fine in 1.11

I suppose so. It can already be done by adding cactus to the plantbending list in the config, but it would be a good idea since the selection and the destroying of cactus is much better in this move than it is in Core. May add that in the future ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've already suggested we add support for it before, but due to the fact that the side plugin doesn't do it in the cleanest manner as WorldGuard has no real support for custom flags, I don't think it should be added to Core. Sorry :P

Although it's a good thought, 1.11.2 actually doesn't have new NMS (I checked this myself). Also, if it did have new NMS, BendingGUI should detect that and disable itself and report it in the console on startup. Sure it doesn't say anything? (It's not an error... just a warning. It should say so...

If there is no error or warning from BendingGUI on startup, I have no idea right now. I am currently on holiday so I can't experiment, so it might have to wait until I get back. Sorry.

Are you taking away either the bending.player or bending.admin permission?

You have all the right permissions, so I'm guessing that you have them in the wrong order. I believe with PEX that if you take away a parent permission, you have to specifically grant the child permissions beforehand or else they are taken away as well. :) Players aren't shown the subelements...
