Fissure is not an ability. It is a combo and can only be used through the combination described in the thread post.

AHA! Found it. Something we both forgot about... You'll need ProjectKorra's dev build for this move. (v1.5.0)

If you are running a 1.8 compatible server, the moves should work. However, you won't be able to see the abilities if you are running on a 1.8 client, that is, your Minecraft game. It's a graphical bug :P You'll need to run Minecraft 1.7.10 to be able to see the abilities.

If you are running on Java 8 or on Minecraft 1.8 there could be issues. Java 8 brought changes to the language which may make the code I use incompatible, and Minecraft 1.8 has several bugs when it comes to fallingblocks ;) Try running Minecraft 1.7.10 on Java 7 and you should be fine. Let me...
