I think that there are many many different types of bending styles for every element but i feel as though making categories like this would make bending extremely messy. But could add a cool PVP element to it. But if you were to make styles like this you would also need classes for every element.

Why have rotating boulders when you can have walls? Boulders/Earthsmashes have a gap between each as in the gif, So a wall would me more protection.

I feel like because it would be better as an addon to a move already created just because It doesn't really have many uses other then cooling lava. Or maybe you could come up with more uses? because i can see why lavabenders would need this.

Carbogen's icewall also deals damage. And by your response it just seems like you want a buffed icewall. I honestly don't see this happening.
