Denied based on the first post being extremely vague. When you make suggestions (especially for water) you need to have it display the damage, night time buff & full moon buff, etc and your thread just doesn't do that. It's poorly thought out, Sorry!

I believe this was suggested in the past and quickly denied. I do not think this would be a good addition to core or keep the balance that PK has worked so hard to create.

Theres no reason for their walking speed to be faster then normal, I could see their fastswim speed being faster then normal though. Gotta use your brain janny.

I'd rather have it in the enchantment bar since I prefer my slots empty. (If you dont know what i mean, The bar would fill up and when its full it'd mean the move is off cooldown, Or the other way around)

How would it communicate the cooldown? Colored wool in the slot?, Enchantment bar?, Action bar?, Subtitles?, Titles? I'd appreciate if this was more informative.
