And quite honestly, If the torrent redirection was denied why would this be accepted? Even if this were added by the time it would go around you your opponent would have hit you with 1-2 more manips. Going to deny this, Sorry!

Denied, Discharge is an addon move, If you want the addon dev to make a lightning merge then you can discuss that with him on his thread that was linked above.

Does it really need to? I know that it resets after a certain amount of time or restart. Even /bending reload resets the raiseearth/earthgrab/whatever. I'm 60% sure theres a config option to set the revert time though.

I do not think this would be a good addition to the plugin, If you wanted a levelling/progression system then that's simple to do with permission plugins o3o

It's stupid to make a whole new move for one use, It's need to be an addition to a already existing move imo

I do not think this is necessary for ProjectKorra at this time, Although it is canon (Based off of what you're telling me) I don't think it'd be a good addition.

Marking it looking into, I think the amount of water needed for each move should be taken into consideration.

The thread that was linked by @EndersShadows has gotten looking into. Since this is the exact same thing, I'm going to deny it since it's already been suggested and rated.
