This isn't controlling spirits like waterbending, it's a spirit move for summoning 'spirit' allies. (avatars contain Ravva who is a spirit I guess)

The number of moves mean pretty little. And what are they gonna do? Make up abilities just to get the numbers looking nice?

Why though? How many of those abilities can be actually used for combat? If more Fire moves were added would the plugin automatically be balanced? The plugin should not be restricted by an arbitrary 'limit' on the number of abilities. How would it grow? If the server owner wants less abilities...

Because they would be on sand. They would be sand bending. The move shouldn't be TOO different from EarthBlast, but enough so that it is still unique. Like having a few falling sand blocks instead on the regular animation, maybe a larger AoE but less knockback.

I think the number of moves has nothing to do with balance really. Earth has a crap ton of moves, but most of those are utility so they still lack combat options.

They would need to use RaiseEarth to get some sandstone.
