I think the fact that he was able to do this doesn't necesarrily apply to any waterbender, I imagine he is bending like this because he has Vaatu inside him, not that he isn't good at waterbending, but the dark spirit has to be giving him a boost don't ya think?

Yes, I totally agree, I have had many times where I needed to toggle everyone's bending except for mine, and it ended up not working.

Server Owners should always have complete control over their servers. If an aspect of PK exists that PK is deciding for all servers its pretty unfair. Thats why configuration exists. If you dont like how a server is configured simply dont play on it
