While having a seperate configurations would be very organized, it would be VERY VERY hard to balance moves if you have to switch in between files to check out a move, go back to the file etc. Its much more time efficient the way it is currently.

My point stands that your talking as if all people cant use waterbubble, and YES people do use waterbubble for pvp, just because its not widely used doesnt mean it isn't, I use it to stop other waterbenders

I mean what would top waterbender mean unless it was for PVP, because you can't really rank skill based upon the fact that a waterbender mines the most ore or has the best underwater house, another thing would be the fact that people who focus on pvp solely do it for pvp and not for the major...
