This concept seems poor. Why does water need this? Other than to add to a subelement. It's just another attack move that seems rather basic. If we're going to expand on Plantbending, it should be done with more depth.

This is already a suggestion and I believe it's being looked into, so I will deny this due to it being a copy.

Removing mobility for Waterbenders would be a nerf, and you didn't write anything to balance this nerf out. Poor concept, denied.

1 - I hardly know what you mean by this, but it already does make a sound and particle effects per charge. 2 - This is more of a bug.
