as said here, for the third time in this thread, the cooldowns and damage will be decided by the team. which means they'll be deciding the disadvantage if they feel it needs one. which i heavily think it doesn't, but that is not for me to decide.

i did not answer your question because it was already answered, this ability comes in perfect timing for the airblast change. which, from the episode mentioned above was used together.

that's unlikely with the graphic team right now. the last time i heard anything about the resource pack was when i was working on it. sadly they didn't end up including my work in an update.

and even if it had a decent cooldown then they'd be putting a cooldown on airblast aswell which is essential. not to mention i feel like this ability steps too far into waterbending territory.
