It sounds very good, but it lags a lot inside my server and then it doesn't work properly. You can't control the water by shifting and sometimes it isn't good. May I have help, please?

Good morning. I was trying to permaremove the bending of a player and sometimes I tried to bloodbend the mobs but I didn't have the permissions. How do I gain them? I'm in a group which has the - '*' permission node and I don't know how to fix it...
