Denied Regeneration Effect

Hello my suggestion is fairly simple: the regeneration effect would change the colour of the harts from read to white with a light blue contour. This would be handy for Healing Waters as it would be much more in line with the show. (when Katara healed someone the water turned of a lighter colour and had a glowing effect)

YESS. Maybe the regen swirls around the player can be light like that too

Though this was apart of the old resource pack, it is no longer the direction we're currently aiming towards.
With this being a layerable pack we're looking to edit specific things and if we were to edit the hearts we'd have to edit everything on that page which could alter someone's pack for one slight change.
